Opening and Closing

PATROL LEADER (in charge of opening and closing)

  1. Contact each girl in patrol.
  2. Meet at 7:15 p.m. to set-up flags.
  3. Lead flag salute, promise and law. (YOU ARE IN CHARGE)
  4. If you are not able to attend or will be late notify the next girl on the list.
  5. Contact previous patrol if you need additional girls.
  6. If by 7:20 p.m. the patrol leader has not arrived the next girl will be in charge.
  7. Closing - Begin the circle.

PATROL IN CHARGE

  1. Meet at 7:15 p.m. to set-up.
  2. Bring up flags.
  3. Stand at the front during opening.
  4. Put away flags after closing.

PATROL LEADER NOT IN CHARGE OF OPENING

  1. Meet your girls downstairs.
  2. At 7:25 p.m. walk girls upstairs.
  3. Line up by patrols.
  4. Keep girls quiet.
  5. Walk girls downstairs after opening.

CLOSING

  1. Pick-up Brownies and Juniors at their rooms.
  2. Walk girls upstairs.
  3. Line up by patrols.
  4. Walk girls downstairs.
