the cage a week before, otherwise bring items needed from home. |

cool drinks
Snacks - pastries, cookies, fruit, etc. |

Serve
refreshments at the beginning of the meeting |
| Girls: |
Set out refreshments,
paper goods and utensils on the table. Girls will serve themselves.
Check after the meeting to make sure all items are cleaned up
and leftovers taken home.
Brownies and Seniors - refreshments in Browine room.
Juniors and Cadettes in Juniors room.
